Feel hungry for a weekly culinary experience? Say hello to our Wednesday Wine-Down dinners!

Wednesday nights at Spill Wine cater a ‘one and done’ option for dinner with a new dish each week to be accompanied by $5 corkage on a category of wine we think pairs best with the dish. This a a great opportunity to enjoy a delicious meal in a beautiful venue, paired with wine that would be three times the price in any restaurant! Sounds like a steal to us.

What can you expect from our Wednesday Wine-downs?

From 5pm each Wednesday evening, our team will be putting together an incredible meal that will be dependent on the weather, how we are feeling, what’s in season and what wine we want to serve on the night. Everything from rich winter warmers to classics that are classics for a reason.

Think rich and warming Casoulet with wines from the south of France. Perhaps a Risotto Milanese with wines from Piedmonte or even a perfectly balanced bowl of Tonkotsu Ramen with some sharp Australian Riesling. We don’t know about you, but we are already salivating!

As a token of our appreciation for our local friends, each Wednesday we are offering a $5 corkage on the paired wine category. Nothing better than getting bottle shop pricing and no washing up. What a perfect way to ease into the end of the week.

A: While we admire a wine-lover with a personal stash (seriously, here for it), we are a fully licensed venue with a selection that’s anything but ordinary. And with over 400 bottles, you're guaranteed to find something pretty amazing while keeping your BYO at home for your next dinner party.
