COAST TO HINTERLAND: A WINE TASTING EXPERIENCE

Six wines. Three snacks. One flavour-packed afternoon.
We’re pouring small-batch wines from around the world, each paired with a seasonal snack that celebrates Sunshine Coast produce. Hosted by our very own Jamie Fleming, this guided tasting is all about how place shapes flavour, how terroir shows up in the glass and on the plate.
Whether you’re curious about wine, love local food, or just looking for a tasty way to spend a Saturday, this one’s for you.

HUMBLE x SPILL x NGERINGA

Two chefs. One winemaker. A long lunch in Maleny with a room full of hospitality pros.
Stacey Conner from Humble on Duke and Jamie Fleming from Spill Wine will be in the kitchen, serving a steady flow of seasonal snacks made with produce from some of their favourite local growers. We’ll be pouring a tight selection from Ngeringa’s biodynamic range. These are minimal-intervention wines from the Adelaide Hills with winemaker Erinn Klein on hand to pour and chat along the way.
A generous, low-key afternoon built on flavour, connection, and decades of experience. This is a rare collaboration between two exceptional chefs. Definitely not one to miss.

PASTA & POUR: A HANDS-ON WINE & PASTA WORKSHOP
3 AUGUST | 10AM-1PM or 2-5PM | $170pp
Learn to make pasta the proper way - two doughs, three shapes, and just enough mess to make it fun.
Jamie Fleming, our chef and sommelier, will guide you through the process from mixing to rolling to filling, before sitting you down to enjoy it all with wines matched to each pasta. The varietals are native to Italy but grown right here in Australia, and paired with top local produce.
It’s casual, hands-on, and as always full of flavour. Expect good food, great wine, excellent chat, and a few new skills to take home.
