Every Wednesday from 5pm we cook up just one dish. No endless menus. No second guessing. Just dinner sorted. Corkage on the paired wine style is only $5 (usually $20), which means you can drink bottles at retail prices. The very same wines that would cost two or three times as much in a restaurant.

What to Expect

The dish changes weekly depending on the season, the weather and whatever has caught our fancy in the kitchen. One week it might be a slow cooked cassoulet with wines from the south of France. Another week risotto milanese alongside Piedmont whites. Or even a steaming bowl of tonkotsu ramen with a crisp Aussie riesling. Think supper club energy, Spill style.

Midweek Treat

We like to look after our locals, so Wednesday nights come with $5 corkage on the featured wine style. Bottle shop pricing, a great dinner, and zero washing up. If that is not the perfect midweek trade off, we don’t know what is.

We love a wine lover with a personal stash, but with more than 400 bottles on hand we promise you will find something worth opening here. Keep the BYO for your next dinner party and let us pour you something fun.

Why the Service Fee?

Spill Wine is a wine retailer and wine bar. Service fees extend to wines purchased in-house only. We add our service charge because our entire bottle list is sold at retail prices. This is significantly below what you would pay in any other hospitality setting (2-3 times less to be exact). Our goal is to get great wine in your hands in the most accessible way possible.
